Creative License Friday #5

Hello Again
CLF playmates!

Is Spring playing hide and seek with you like she is here in the ATL?
One day, she makes us think we're getting warm,
the next, she laughs by letting us know we're not even close!

This week's image
will be a lot of fun to play with!

Actually, I've already played with it
Sorry, but I just couldn't help myself!
I'll post mine shortly.
Lissa @ The Rain Girl lives in the Big Apple
and she's given us a scene taken on the Brooklyn Bridge.

just right click the image, then copy and paste

so many editing possibilities for this one...
can't wait to see yours!

Here are a few insights about Lissa....

Lissa has many talents.
Her blog showcases her photography, sketches, paintings and writing.
If you haven't been by to see it, please do, I know you'll be intrigued!

Lissa uses the digital Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX8 to shoot with nowadays.
She used to use an SLR but now the compact Panasonic is her baby of choice.
It's not a dSLR, so she doesn't have to mess with the extra lenses (like some of us do)!

Lissa has loved photography her entire life, but she didn't really get into taking photos until about 6 years ago.
Her favorite subjects are the clouds and sky
because they're available 24-7 and she never has to ask them to pose!

Lissa uses Photoshop for her edits,
though, she admits that sometimes it refuses to do what she wants! ;-)
When it comes to figuring out how to do specific kinds of edits,
all she does is a little research and teaches herself.

Since I have been following Lissa for quite some time,
I also know Lissa loves shooting NYC rain scenes and gives them subtle, dreamy effects
which make them most interesting!

Thank you, Lissa, for offering this week's CLF image!

Please stop by The Rain Girl and say hi!

(by mistake, the first image that had been posted as the sneak peak had already been edited...please disregard that one)

here's next week's sneak peek link
for those who like to get a jump on things....
just remember not to link-up til next Friday!
