Creative License Friday #3

Hello CLF playmates!
I hope your week has been picturesque and creative!

Hubby and I celebrated our 20th anniversary this week
which, to be honest,
is kinda of scary because it seems like just yesterday
we were walking down the aisle.
So, I'm on a little love break right now and will be back next week.

No worries, though, CLF is ready and raring to go!
This week, Nancy @ The Gift of the Moment
has offered this lovely landscape scene
for us play way with.

After last week's beach scene and all the creative edits that were submitted,
I can't wait to see what ya'll come up with for this!
* just right click the image, then click "save image as"
(if you should have any problems with this, just let me know, and we'll work it out together,
and don't hesitate to contact me, I am available to answer any questions)

I want to take a moment to introduce you to our newest CLF playmate from last week.....Tina @ Tina's PicStory
thank you, Tina, for joining in the fun!

Before ya'll go off to play....
Here are few tidbits of information about Nancy and her photography you might like to know:

What cameras does Nancy use?
A Nikon d7000 and a Sony Nex 5

Which lenses does Nancy have in her bag and which one is her favorite?
Nikkor  70-300mm (her fave!)
Nikkor 50mm 1.8
Nikkor 18-105mm

Sony 18-55mm 3.5-5.6
Sony 55-210mm 4.5-6.3 (her fave!)
What lens is next lens on Nancy's Wish List:
Nikkor  AF-s 16-35mm f/4G ED VR
How long has Nancy been a photography enthusiast?
Ever since she was in 5th grade and her aunt gave her a brownie.
She's always been the one in the family that took the pictures (vacations, sports, etc.)
She was given an expensive Nikon 20 years ago but got very discouraged because she never
learned how to use the camera, so she went back to a Point & Shoot for convenience.
Several years ago her interest was peaked in learning to take good photographs.  She purchased
her Sony Nex5 and, at that point, really started her pilgrimage into photography.  She was
pleased with the photographs she was taking but wanted a true DSL, so recently she purchased
the Nikon d7000.  It has changed her view of photography and even though she is still in the
learning stage, she is enjoying every moment she has this camera in her hands.

What is Nancy's favorite subject to shoot?
Her grandchildren in all there many moods and activities.
When they are not around, she enjoys nature and landscapes,
especially horses, her cat Simon and flowers.

What photo editing programs do you use the most?
Photoshop Elements and Lightroom

Is there anything that you would still like to learn about editing images?
Nancy loves the process of editing images so she's always learning
new techniques and ways to change her photographs.

Thank you so much, Nancy, for giving us a little background about you and your progression into photography!
