Feathered Portraits ~ The Tufted Titmouse (Gerard)

gerard
with his pointed cap
arrives at the local diner

 waiting his turn
once again

wondering how he can swoop in
and grab another bite
without hobnobbing with the others

you see
gerard is a
go-it-alone
kinda guy

flying back and forth
to a secluded branch for one
to savor his meal...

  8. Gerard, you sneaky boy, you! Our titmice do the same thing - grab a seed and fly off to savor it on an obscure branch. Love your shots, and the edits really enhance the composition, giving such depth. Love these!
